These Terms of Service govern your use of the Axiom application, public website, and related materials. By using Axiom, you agree to these terms.
01 / THE SERVICE
Axiom is a Windows AI assistant that can run local GGUF models and, at your choice, connect to external AI providers using credentials you supply. Features and availability may change as the software develops.
02 / YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for your device, models, files, prompts, cloud-provider account, API keys, and how you use generated output. Do not use Axiom to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security, distribute malware, or create harmful or deceptive content.
03 / EXTERNAL SERVICES
Optional cloud mode and web research features may interact with external services. Those services are independent from Axiom and are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and fees. Review those terms before using them.
04 / GENERATED OUTPUT
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review it before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, security, or safety-critical decisions. You remain responsible for any action you take based on output.
05 / LICENSE, WARRANTY, AND LIABILITY
Axiom source code and project materials are provided under the license published in the Axiom repository. Axiom is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Axiom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of Axiom.
06 / CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Axiom or applicable requirements. Questions may be raised through the Axiom GitHub project.
